Yes, we offer free on-site as well as over the phone quotes to all of our potential, and repeated clients.

We are pretty flexible with our payment options. We currently accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. If you choose to pay with a credit card or debit card, there is a 3.51% processing fee.

 

We are very flexible and accommodating when booking your move. We have even moved several clients on holidays due to emergency circumstances. As always, it is best to book with us as soon as possible to get your chosen move date.

We do not require a deposit to book with us.

When you choose TrueBlue Xpress for your moving needs, we do not charge extra to move you on weekends or evenings. We understand that our clients need flexible moving schedules so we are here to help!

When factoring the cost of your move, there are various scenarios that can affect your cost. Examples include the size of your move if you have a lot of items, the distance of walking to and from the destination to load and unload the truck, flights of stairs, if you require packing services, drive time to and from the load and unload destination etc…

As always, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your moving experience! Payment is expected at the completion of each job.

We charge affordable hourly rates for custom pick up and delivery services for all residential, and business clients. There are some instances where we can provide you with a flat rate.

Yes, not only do we cater to commercial clients, but we also offer residential services such as curbside deliver, door to door, and in-home drop-off services.

We definitely offer on-demand and critical delivery solutions. If you need items transported and dropped off at any business or home, we will gladly take care of it for you!

We can pretty much pick up and deliver a variety of general freight items with the exception of guns, hazardous materials, weapons, illegal items, food/perishables, live animals, or harmful items!
